Hi, my name is Timothy. I met Onur through one of his many great contacts who reached out via LinkedIn. The year was 2024, and the month was September. Our first conversation didn't happen in a sterile office, but at a local, famous fish restaurant in Scheveningen, the Dutch seaside town.
What followed was a golden moment—a genuine collision of two HR tech enthusiasts. We looked out at the North Sea and realized we were both grappling with the same massive challenge: the fragmented, often frustrating world of talent management.
